Compliance PH Inc. was founded in 2013 by Michael Ryan, an Australian entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the global call center industry.

Originally launched to support his digital agency in Australia, the company has since evolved into a boutique BPO—delivering premium offshore staffing solutions to international clients from its base in the Philippines.
